- Orders received on the weekend will be processed the next business day.
- Shipping prices include handling fees.
- Gift Certificate holders should place their orders by phone or email.
Return Policy
Satifaction Guarantee:
We understand that some people may be a bit unsure of the results that they will get from a new product they have never tried before. Because of this valid concern, Solerra Tan offers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange it or issue a refund of the full purchase price (less any shipping charges), upon receipt of the used or unused packages.
- The 30 day guarantee periods starts 5 calendar days from the order date shown on your invoice.
- Please call 913.980.7402 or e-mail (info@solerratan.com) us prior to returning your product for either a refund or an exchange to receive a return authorization number. Include this number along with your name and address, with your returned items. We must receive your returned items within 10 days of issuing your return authorization number for your refund or exchange to be processed.
- Please return all boxes to us for your refund or exchange (opened and unopened.) Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for boxes that are not returned.
- Special shipping charges are NOT refundable.
